چکیده

ABSTRACT Introduction: Although the current method of muscle stretching in gymnastics teaching colleges and universities can reduce sports fatigue, it has been shown to have little effect on well-being athletes because requires a long recovery time from psychological fatigue. Progressive relaxation training is that uses basic principle sympathetic nerve activity impact negative emotions psychologically relieve fatigue physiologically, requiring further study its protein. Objective: Explore high-intensity skeletal protein progressive post-workout adjustment. Methods: After three weeks training, excluding standard deviations experimental data caused by athletes’ irregular movements, blood lactate content heart rate were counted recorded. The collected analyzed using Excel software integrate compare T-test method. Results: exercise function indices subjects increased different degrees. From point view efficiency, decline was higher than two groups, degree fluctuation lower indicating level better. Conclusion: action team good improving proteins. Post-exercise conditioning plays an important role physical recovery. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.

Early Effects of High Intensity X-radiation on Skeletal Muscle

Comparative studies of x-radiation effects on both isolated cold blooded (frog) and intact warm blooded (rabbit) muscles were performed. Frog muscles irradiated with doses above 50 kr showed early fatigue, contracture, prolongation of relaxation time, decreased contraction amplitude for heavy loads, and histologic changes noticeable 8 hours after exposure. Rabbit muscles exposed to 72 kr exhibi...

THE EFFECTS OF INTERVAL TRAINING INTENSITY ON SKELETAL MUSCLE PGC-1Α IN TYPE2 DIABETIC MALE RATS

Background: The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of a 12 weeks interval training with high and moderate intensity on PGC-1α of skeletal muscle in type 2 diabetic male rats. Methods: 40 male rats were divided into two groups: High fat diet (HFD) (n=32) and standard diet (C) (n=8) for 10 weeks. After inducing type2 diabetes via STZ, 8 diabetic rats (D) and 8 rats in group C rats ...

Effects of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound on injured skeletal muscle.

BACKGROUND Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) has been shown to stimulate tissue metabolism and accelerate muscle healing. However, the optimal parameters in the use of LIPUS are still not clear. OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of LIPUS on muscle healing in rats subjected to a cryolesion. METHOD Twenty rats were divided into the following groups: an injured c...

Effect of resveratrol on SNARE proteins expression and insulin resistance in skeletal muscle of diabetic rats

Objective(s): Soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor (SNARE) complex proteins are involved in membrane trafficking. The expression of isoforms of SNAP-23, syntaxin-4, and VAMP-2 is significantly done in skeletal muscles; they control GLUT4 trafficking. It is believed that type 2 diabetes could be caused by the modifications in the express...
